Online Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Rigworks.com Ordered or received the wrong part?  Don’t worry, the Rigworks crew is here to help with a hassle free return / exchange process.  Follow these simple guidelines and we will have this resolved in no time.

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ORDERS

At Rigworks, we are here to help.  If you find that the order you received is incorrect, is missing parts or contains defective items please contact immediately and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

-To be eligible for a monetary refund, item(s) to be returned or exchanged must be delivered to Rigworks within 30 calendar days from receipt.  After 30 days, returns will be granted at the discretion of Rigworks, Inc. (additional fees may apply)

-Item(s) must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.  Additional fees may apply, or refund may be denied if packaging is missing or damaged.

-Proof of purchase must be included in the return package.

-Return Authorization number must be clearly labeled on package.

RETURN POLICIES

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

-Clearance items, products sold by the foot, and custom made products are not eligible for return.

-Special order items (items we do not stock) will be subject to restocking fee (fee varies by manufacturer)

-Products may not be returned to take advantage of sales, promotions, or discounts offered after original purchase.

-If you received free shipping on an order, refund for returned parts from that order will be reduced by the original cost of shipping that order.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Email Rigworks at info@rigworks.com to let us know that you will be returning or exchanging an item, PLEASE NOTE:

-Your name (must be original purchaser to receive refund)

-Date of purchase

-Reason for returning the item(s)

-A Phone number to reach you (in case we have any questions regarding the return)

We will email you back with a Return Authorization Number, and the appropriate return address.  This may be the manufacturer’s address, rather than our address so be sure to pay attention to your Return Authorization email.

Carefully package your return, and include a copy of the proof of sale in the package.  Be sure to clearly display the provided Return Authorization Number.  Ship the package to specified address via an insured, traceable method to the following address:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will confirm that the criteria for return is met.  Within 5 business days of receipt of the returned package, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s), and confirm whether or not the refund will be accepted.

If approved, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method in the appropriate amount (less any shipping and restocking fees, if applicable) Please allow up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, as the time frame of refund receipt depends on your card issuer's policies.
